About the Role:

Shanti Machinery Works Pvt. Ltd. welcomes applications for a one-month Industrial Training position for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in data entry. The trainee will assist in entering and managing data across various business functions using digital tools like AppSheet, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data related to stock, procurement, project documentation, and day-to-day operations

• ⁠Maintain digital records ensuring data integrity and timeliness

• Assist in organizing files and preparing simple reports

• Support team efforts by providing reliable and consistent data management

Mandatory Skills:

Assistant Machine Operator / Supervisor

About the Role:
Shanti Machinery Works Pvt. Ltd. welcomes applications for Assistant Machine Operators/Supervisors, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repairs of railway track machines under the supervision of senior engineers. This role offers hands-on experience in machine management and quality control, with exposure to logbook keeping, report preparation, and daily workflow planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various railway track machines as instructed

• Carry out routine maintenance schedules and recordkeeping

• Ensure proper functioning and quality output of assigned machines

• Maintain accurate log books and send periodic reports/statements

• Collaborate with service engineers for machine checks and troubleshooting

• Assist in breakdown handling and clearing block sections as guided by senior engineers

• Support overall team efforts for efficient machine operations

Mandatory Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Production/Automobile Engineering, or its connected subjects (Govt. approved/recognized college/university)

• Proficiency in machine operation, documentation, and maintenance procedures

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain system and data integrity

Who Should Apply:
Engineering graduates, retired railway JE/SSE, or experienced machine operators with relevant technical background and up to 65 years of age.

Technician / Skilled Fitter

About the Role:
Applicants for the Technician/Skilled Fitter position will assist operators in the operation and maintenance of railway track machines. This role focuses on machine repairs, scheduled maintenance, and team support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily and weekly maintenance schedules; record compliance

• Assist in servicing, repairs, and urgent breakdown tasks

• Guide and supervise machine assistants/helpers

• Ensure proper functioning and safety during machine operation

• Complete any assignments as per machine in-charge

• Support in organizing and transporting tools, spares, and consumables

Mandatory Skills:

• ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Welding/Instrumentation or related fields (Govt. approved college), minimum 50% marks

• Practical knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronics maintenance

• Strong attention to detail in machine operations and documentation

• Good problem-solving and teamwork capabilities

Who Should Apply:
ITI-certified technicians, retired Sr. Technician or Technician (Gr.I/II/III), or candidates with hands-on experience in machine repair and maintenance (up to 65 years of age).
